1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Urban Vertical Beekeeping Co. website (teamfusionpopo.digital) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed via email. We strive to ship within 3–5 business days.

3. Honey & Food Products

Our honey is a raw, natural product. Color, taste, and texture may vary by season and batch. This is a feature, not a defect. All food products comply with FDA labeling requirements. Honey should not be given to children under 12 months old.

4. Services & Installations

Hive installation services are subject to site approval. We reserve the right to decline installations where conditions may endanger colony health or public safety. Service agreements are governed by separate contracts.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but we'll work with you on quality concerns. Contact us at [email protected].

All content on this website — text, images, designs, logos, and hive system designs — is owned by Urban Vertical Beekeeping Co. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Urban Vertical Beekeeping Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question.
